Mark Finchem – Associate Broker – Tierra Antigua Realty

A Passion for Service to Others

As a licensed real estate sales professional for over 8 years, 7 of them as an Associate Broker, I have developed key skills and market understanding that are necessary for a top performing agent.  My focus is on selling homes in the Oro Valley, Dove Mountain, and extended Marana markets.  I maintain a limited number of listings to ensure that every client receives prompt, personal service.

A Passion for Improvement

My Philosophy on Staying Ahead of the Curve

“I‘m committed to seeing our world from the real estate consumer’s viewpoint. The industry has moved to harness the power of technology quickly. With such rapid developments in equipment and software, staying current with how people obtain and process information has been key to my business growth in a down economy; a vote of confidence by the most important people, consumers.”

“As I observe how consumers make choices, I incorporate their preferences into my practices. I’m able to deliver the information people want, the way they want it. Creating a win-win solution for transactions creates customer satisfaction. As a father of 4 Generation Y adult children, I’ve had the privilege of learning from my kids what I need to know to serve others in their age group. I’ve been blessed richly by their schooling.”

A Bias for Action and Involvement

  • 2010 to 2011, Co-founder & Co-host of Tucson Now, heard on KQTH, 104.1 FM, “The Truth” intelligent talk radio Sunday Mornings at 10:00 am, delivering real estate information from consumers point of view.
  • A promoter and contributor to the Long Realty Cares Foundation, which provides privately funded grants to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Casas de los Niño’s, and the Beacon Foundation.
  • Member of the Tucson Realtors Government Affairs Committee, watching over legislation that affects personal property rights as well as legislative policy affecting real property ownership.
